We are looking for highly Proactive React and React Native gurus. The candidate should be well-versed in building high-performance web and mobile apps.
Key Areas of Responsibaility
As a Javascript / React JS / React Native developer, you will be responsible for building apps on the web and/or both IOS & Android. You need to collaborate with other developer and non-developer teams to ensure attractive web/mobile apps with compelling features.
- Write code that people love to beg, borrow or steal.
- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms. You will have ample assistance from the UX team.
- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
- Work with third-party dependencies and APIs
- Work with Redux architecture to improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps.
- Work with tools, and apply methodologies that can proactively diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Strong knowledge of software development approaches, principles, and flows
Experience working on large, complex web and mobile apps
Ability to create and maintain smooth continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline of React/React Native applications
Understanding of React/React Native best principles and design aesthetics
Experience working in an agile development environment
Familiarity with modern front-end tools and building pipelines
A collaborative approach to building apps and solving complex problems
Client-focused approach with a goal of creating user-centric designs
Ability to write clean, well-documented code that follows good coding practices.
Required Skills
- A complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle right from prototyping
- Knowledge of type checking, unit testing, typescript, prop types, and code debugging.
- Experience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party libraries
- Strong understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Knowledge of user interface design and responsive designs
- Firm grasp of the JavaScript and variants including its nuances, ES6+ syntax, and the like
- Knowledge of both functional and object-oriented programming
- Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
- Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
- Familiarity with all popular build tools, including developer productivity tools
- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
- Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha.
- Significant experience working with React web and mobile, along with tools like Flux, Flow, Redux, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages
- Strong knowledge of React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state
- Well-versed in a variety of React Native software and technologies such as Jest, Enzyme, ESLint, and so on

Step 2: Online assessment
We require candidates to take an online coding assessment as part of the recruitment process.
This is a short assessment comprising Multiple Choice Questions and Coding Challenges. There is no time limit. We observed that seasoned professionals usually complete the test in less than 30 minutes.
Step 3: Technical interview
Once you clear the assessment, we will schedule a technical interview.
Step 4: Final interview
The final interview: agreeing on the salary, designation, and other terms.
Step 5: Coordination
Coordination with HR for offer letter. Our HR will ask you for copies of your aadhaar ID, certificates, and payslips.
The whole process should not take more than 3 to 4 days.
